Action no longer run or Work

Under Tool | Rules and Alerts

I see my list of Rules, which is about 15. When I click on Run Rules Now,
the dialog will display, but is empty.

If I double-click on a current rule and select run rule now, It run but
dows not dp what the rules have ask it to do.

All these rules were working fine last week, and the only new app on this
computer is Microsoft Onenote.

Any Ideas?

Were you able to figure this out? I'm having the exact same problem. I
have two XP users using the same pst file. I configured about a dozen rules.
On my account, the rules work fine, they show in the Rules and Alerts ( all
enabled ) and show in the "Run Rules Now" dialog.

On my wifes, the rules don't work at all - they do show up and are checked
in the Rules and Alerts box, but they don't show up at all in the Run Rules
Now.

I've looked at permission on the pst and folder, but I can't see any reason
why.
