action on custom fields

Hello,

I'm working on sharepoint 2007 with project server 2007

I want to know if it's possible to add a button, or a link beside a custom
field in a form

this button or link as to open a popup and in this popup he can choose some
elements in a list when submitting seleceted elements they are put in the
custom fields like text separated by coma!

It's possible ?

Yes, but you need to use VBA in Project and create UserForms if the form is
to appear in Project. If you want the form in SharePoint, then you probably
need to post in the SharePoint group.
