ActionID references in XML

Hi,

We've been looking at some of the output from XML files and noticed that
ActionID appears quite a lot. We are sure that these relate to a permissions
setting, and we are trying to figure out where we can get a listing of each
Action ID and its corresponding description/meaning.

Does anyone know where we might find this info ?
