Actions Menu is no longer viewable on Project Details in PWA 2007

None of the menu options, including Actions are available in the
Project Details view in the project center. On the project summary
view (the first view rendered when I access project center) does
contain the full complement of options, including the actions menu. I
am specifically interested in the ability to export grid to excel. I
would like to export the task details of a project to excel. I did the
just the other day, but somehow the configuration has been modified on
the sever and the menus are no longer available. Does this have
something to do with permissions (security), views or something else?

Someone may have Modified the Shared Web Part for Project Details. You can
easliy correct by setting the Toolbar back on within the Modify Shared Web
Part option.
