activate product key once it goes over the limit

I'm tryingt to re-install the microsoft office professional eddition 2003 in
my pc. It was deleted from my pc becasue of recovery of the pc. Now when I
tried to install it it's saying that I've activated the product key up to the
limit. How do I re-active the product in my computer.
