activating microsoft office 2007

I kust purchased home & school 2007 from my trial subscription. I go to the
activation assistant & click on the icon for "activate a purchased license"
and I get a blank word document. What do I have to do to get to where I
enter my product key?

When you open Word, you get a new document (correct). Click on the MS Office
logo in the top left --> Word Options --> (on the left) Resources --> Now
Click "Activate"
