Activating my trial version of the Office Home & Student

I have never had this much trouble-it has taken all day off and on and still
no joy! I downloaded it, followed all the screen directions, even entering my
key. It says it's downloaded, but it won't kick in. I have tried all the
suggestions...even uninstalling and re-downloading twice. Ran the diagnosis,
and it came up with somethingabout a file that I "chose" not to download. It
tells me to get into the trust center, change a setting or two--and wait a
week! What's up with that noise? Can someone help me with this issue..need
that Word for studying. Thanks, and Happy 4th!!

....And a Happy 4th to you as well! Unfortunately you've posted to the group
for Mac Office where we have no "Trust Center" so that reference combined
with the source of your post suggests you're dealing with a trial version of
Office 2007 for Windows. You'd do best to post in one of the Win Office
groups which you can reach via the links here:
