activating office on a new computer

I loaded and activated MS Office Small Business Edition 2003 on my brand new
laptop. Then the monitor went out, and I had to exchange the computer for a
new one. I've loaded my software, but now it won't let me activate because
it's activated on the original defective computer. Help!
