Activating Office

I purchased a copy of Office for an impoverished state run home for 'at risk' girls in Fiji. They are of course required to activate the product. They do not have a telephone (and no internet!!) and do not have the money to make an international call to Sydney Australia from a public telephone. How can they activate Office? I have searched Microsoft from my computer to find an alternative for them - with obvious results. I have all the product code information. What next before Office stops working?
PS Most people here purchase cheap pirate copies that don't ned activation. I would prefer they dont go down that track. Any suggestions?

Why not take the computer to where yours is and plug it into that
network port to register the software?
