Activating OLE Obj In Form

I have been Activating OLE object in the Detail section of my form. The
Detail section has been made invisible and my VBA code is able to activate it
and operate on the embedded object with no issue in Acc 2000 and Acc 2003.

In Acc 2007, I was testing the same program and it doesn't behave correctly.
I just discovered that by making the Detail section of the form visible, it
works correctly with the same VBA Code.

Can someone help explain this issue ??
