Can anyone kindly tell me how I can activate the Internet Explorer
address bar with VBA or Word Basic?
I have written an MS Word macro that takes a word that you have
highlighted in Word to an online dictionary and searches for it
automatically.
Problem: English & Italian versions of Internet Explorer require ALT-D
to activate the IE address bar, whereas the German version of Internet
Explorer requires ALT-S;
If the wrong key shortcut is used, undesired results occur (e.g. the
Internet Explorer starting page is changed).
Is there ONE WAY that will work for ALL LANGUAGE VERSIONS of Internet
Explorer?
Many, many thanks in advance.
