Activating Word

I am having trouble activating my Microsoft Word product.
It says according to files my product has already been
activated on another computer. I have activated WOrd on my
computer but about two months ago I had someone come and
fix my computer and he had to delete all my files, so I
had to install Word again, what should I do?

You'll probably have to use phone activation. You should get information
about that when you choose Help | Activate Product.
