Activation Assistant for 2007 Office....

After some initial hiccups with the installation of MS Office Standatd 2007,
I'm off and running. In reviewing the Add/Remove program area, I noticed a
program called "Activation Assistant for the 2007 Microsoft Office Suites."
Can/Should this be removed?
