You need to press the continue button after you have entered the serial
number (nor right-click). If you are still having the problem then try
tomorrow because Microsoft Servers may be down. I have had the same
probblem some years ago when I tried to activate my retail version of
Office and I wasn't able to but when I tried it again next day
everything went fine.
When you come back here tomorrow please also state what is your
operating system - XP, Vista or Windows 7
