Activation Codes for Visio 2003 Standard Edition

Hi,
I have got to put Visio onto 5-6 PC's and am wondering what the best route
to take ref licenses. Is it possible to just purchase multiple activation
codes or do I have to buy individual licenses?.
If I have to purchase licenses, what's the best way of doing this.
i.e.purchase complete new Visio packs or purchase individual licenses?.
