Hello all
I recently bought a version of Microsoft OneNote 2007 thorugh StudentOptions

I got the program downloaded and everything seemed fine untill I had to
enter the activation code which wasn't working. I wrote and complained and
after a week or so I got a new one, still not working.
Microsoft doesnt, as far as I can see, have a free support service and it
annoys me a bit. But does anyone know what, on my own computer, could cause
the activation keys to malfunction?
