activation key

i requested the download for microsoft office system office Home and Student
07 as I wanted to type documents and save them in word. I received an
activation key but when I enter that code it says it is incorrect. I am
unable to prepare any letters at all.

Contact the technical help people from the web site where you downloaded
your version of Office.
