Activation of OEM product

I have a computer in which I need to reinstall the
operating system and Office XP which is an OEM version,
will I run into problems reactivating Office XP, even
though it will be going on the same computer. If I am
going to run into issues how do I get around it?

If it has been a long time {120 days, I think} since you activated Office XP
originally, you will be able to do a internet activation as you did
originally. If not, use the phone alternate.
