Activation wizard dialog shows on start-up of Project 2003

Hi,

Is it possible to close/get an event that the user has closed the activation
wizard displayed on start-up of an unactivated Project install?

I am automating Project, and as soon as the project object has been created
the activation wizard dialog is displayed, and any calls to the project
application fail with "call was rejected by callee" while this dialog is
displayed.

Is there any way to switch off this dialog from appearing at start-up, or
detecting it and closing it?

Hi Duncan,

Activation of the product is must, if not activated it will bringdown the
application feature. Activation should be done before 30 days of
installation.

I understand that you are trying to activate through internet, ensure you
have proper connection and try it out, else it can be activated through
phone also,
