Activation wizard wont run

I have installed my version of Office 2003 teacher and student edition but
was not given the opportunity to activate the product at the time. I didnt
even notice that i hadnt activated it but now all the applications are locked
and i am unable to use them to creat new documents etc... I have tried to
open the activation wizard but it will not run, i need to use the programes
for university...HELP!
