Activation Wizard

Im trying to activate my trial version of Office 2007 but it juat comes up
with 'A Communication Error Has Occured' and will not activate. I have tryed
using the 'Fix It' tool on the microsoft site but it had no effect.

I would be greatful for any help with this matter.
