Activation

I bought a new desktop and laptop and one Office XP Pro
package. My understanding is that, since I am the
exclusive user of both that I can install the program on
both computers.

Is that Correct?

How do I activate it on the second computer.

That is correct. You should be able to activate both without difficulty, but
the second *might* require phone activation (probably not since it's a
retail version).

One desktop and one laptop for retail versions. OEM versions are limited to
the hardware they come installed on.
