I recently had a new hard drive put in my one year old computer. I purchased
office home and student 2007 and installed it on my computer when I bought
it. Now I have to activate it again with the new hard drive and the product
key does not work. What do I do? Any ideas? Thanks!

What do you mean by "product key does not work". Are you saying that the serial
number which you get with the CD/DVD isn't working? If so then you need to try
harder to make sure you can read it correctly.

Alternatively, if you have already installed it on another computer then you can
retrieve the key from that machine by using a publicly available tool. You just
need to copy and paste in this respect so that you don't make the same mistake.

Telephone method is not going to help if you can't read the correct serial
number.
