You're probably familiar with this one: I have a new copy of Microsoft Works
9 which came with my new laptop. I'm trying to use Word. While there are
various serial-no. type numbers on the stickers on the packaging there is no
25-digit product installation key. I can't ring the number given by help -
it's some foreign number that my line won't accept from the UK.
Unless there's some simple thing I'm overlooking this is a bit of a poor
show - it's letting me down badly.
What can I do?
