Active content that can not be displayed in the preview pane?

Outlook 2002 on Windows XP
I have created a form based on “messageâ€. On receipt of the form it will not
show in preview pane.

Says “this item contains Active content that can not be displayed in the
preview pane. “

Any ideas?

Regards, Nick.

THis is normal behavior for custom forms that have code behind them. I'd suggest that your colleague come here to discuss the full scenario.

The easy answer is to do not use active content. But if that is less than
satisfying, you need to use objects that will not trigger the Outlook
security troublemakers. Go to www.dimastr.com/redemption and see if it
supports the object you need to use.
