Active Directory and Outlook 2003 settings

Is it possible to set the exchange03 servername in AD for Outlook 03?

Reason: Migrating users from one domain to another but we would rather not
have to go to each client and change the server name under email accounts.

Thanks

I'm not quite sure what you are asking, are you trying to say that the old
Exchange server is being retired and you need to figure out a way to
redirect users to a new server but there is no ties between the old Exchange
server and the new one?

Sorry NEO,

What I mean't was that I am migrating everything from domain1 to domain2 and
I am running srv03 with exch03 on both sides. There is an add on for AD and
GP that allows one to set everything except for changing the servername...
Can this be done through an AD GP?

No it can't, this is why I was trying to find out of the old and new
exchange 2003 server are part of the same AD environment. Only thing I can
think to use is a new *.prf file that updates the users profile via the
Custom Maintenance Wizard (CMW).
