Active Directory group failed to synchronize with Enterprise Resou

PLease help to solve this problem !!!
Group to synchronize : domainname\staff (around 100 members)

I'm getting the following error while trying to synchronize AD with ERP
In PWA Admin page:
The Active Directory group failed to synchronize with the Enterprise
Resource Pool on 01.02.2005 at 15:21.

In EventViewer:
Component: AD Connector
File: AutoADProcess
Line: -1
Description: <Description><![CDATA[AD Res Pool Sync - failed to open Ent.
Res. Pool]]></Description>

Now it works.
I did only two things:
1. manualy remove from resources users was manualy removed from AD
2. install SP1

I was having the same problem. What I did was remove the domain
specification (i.e. no "domainname\" ). For some reason this solved my
problem, and I can sync manually and on a schedule.

Now it works.
I did only two things:

Can someone help me with the sync AD with the Enterprise Pool on Project
Server 2003

I am having a problem synchronizing AD with the Project Server 2003
Enterprise Pool. Here is the information Event Viewer is providing. I
am using a copy of the Active Directory.

The Active Directory group failed to synchronize with the Enterprise
on 10.13.2006 at 14:32.

In the EventViewer:
Component: AD Connector FIle: AutoADProcess Line: -1 Description:
