Active Directory group failed to synchronize with Enterprise Resou

Dear Sir,
i have installed a brand new copy of ps 2003 on a newly configured windows
server 2003. After successful configuration On first time i get Sync with
active directory single group but when i again tried to Sync 2nd group from
AD it gives me error. Here are the error messages i am getting.

The Active Directory group failed to synchronize with the Enterprise

Resource Pool"

Kindly help me in this regard i have installed SP1 on it but if i tried SP2
Project Server 2003 got corrupt.
