Active Directory Sync issue

I updated the AD account but I the resource pool is not updated after the sync.
I get the following errors in the event log.

We've been able to identify the cause of this error and update the
resource(s) name..." See Enterprise Resource Data" was set to 'Deny' in the
Server (2003) configuration.
