Active Directory Sync

I am trying to configure Active Directory Enterprise Resource Pool
Synchronization and Group Synchronization but having no luck. I can select
the group and set the schedule and click on Save and Synchronize now and the
screen returns to the previous screen but no Synchronization occurs and there
is no error message at all.

What am I doing wrong here and where can I look for more information.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Dan,

have you checked error messages in the Project Server queue. If not please
check if there are any error messages. I would also check the event log of
the server to see if there are any errors.
Without them it is very hard to predict why the Active sync doesnt work

Hi Marc, thanks for your quick response. The queue service is not started
and times out when I try to start it... I think I have found the problem.
Not sure what the solution is yet though.

Any ideas?

Found it - it was a permissions problem - I changed the account that the
Queue service uses and it started straight away and all sync is working now.
