Active Directory synch "Partial Failure"

Hi all,

I've seen this posted twice in the forum, but it has not been answered
yet, so I'm hoping that three's the charm ;-)

Every time we synch our Active Directory, two groups show up as
"Partial Failure" in the Last Update column. They are Team Members and
Team Leads. All other groups successfully synchronize.

Any ideas why this happens?
