Active directory

Hmmm

I am on the project 2003 server and have chosen to sync with active
directory. I have chosen the group I would like to sync with and the sync
fails. Do you have any idea why or where I should start to trouble shoot. Are
there permissions I need to set either on the local server or within the DC?

2 things I found,
1 make sure all groups that are involved in syncing have a member of
some type.
2 get SP1 if you don't already.
