active issues don't show on PWA home

I am having a problem that active issues for users don't
always show up on the PWA home page. If you click Issues
and drill down to the project they are there and assigned
properly?

Any ideas?

Give us some more to go on. First, please specify the version you're using.
Next tell us which users do see the issues and which do not and what makes
them similar or dissimilar as the case may be.

I've discovered that this can occur if you have assigned Risks or Issues to
a Team member, yet have not assigned that same Team member as a resource to
any tasks within the Project. Have the Team members who are having no
alerts on their Home Pages been assigned as resources on tasks?
