Active Issues not showing up on Home Page

Active issues that are assigned to users are not showing up on the users home
page.
When navigating to the Issues link, the user is able to view the active
issues assigned to them without a problem. I know this is a problem that is
addressed and suppposedly fixed with the application of SP1. I've applied
the service pack, but the problem still exists. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. Thanks.

This function is easily (although unintentionally) broken if you customize your issues list status field. For whatever reason M$ provides the ability to modify this field but not the ability to catch the changes and make sure the home page status reporting still works correctly. I would call this a bug. We'll see how M$ calls it in the next release. ;>)

Check to see if this was changed, and if so try changing it back to the defaults and see if the home page starts reporting properly again.
