I'm still in the world of WM 2003. I've upgraded to Office 2007 beta, and
now, I can't sync my contacts, calendar, and tasks. It tells me "Attention
Required," but when I "resolve," I get an error message telling me that I
have to connect using USB/serial...but I'm connected using USB. Thanks for
your help!!

The latest released version of ActiveSync is 4.1. (I haven't tried syncing
against OL2K7B2 because my device syncs directly against Exchange 2003.)
