Active Sync and Outlook 2007

Hi:
I am using Xp sp3 and active sync 4.5 with office 2007 sp2 with Bus Content
Mgr. I have 2 users each of us having a separate user name and password on
the PC and different Sprint HTC PDA. If I sync my Phone it is slow and Office
2007 stays on my taskbar and prevents me from syncing the other users PDA and
Vise-versa. I have to reboot to clear the problem. Need Help
