'Morning all,
I recently installed ActiveSync 3.7 onto a Win98 Laptop
(to connect a Dell Axom) and now can't print the Calendar
page to our Xerox 4512 printer. Everything else from
Outlook (other views) prints fine, as do other documents
from other applications, just not the calendar page. I
upgraded to Outlook2002 (as the ActiveSync disc
recommended) hoping that it would solve the problem, but
no luck. The program went on fine, and runs well, but I
still have the printing problem.
I can print the calendar view to OTHER printers on the
network no problem, just not to the main Xerox.
Are there known ActiveSync and Outlook printing issues?
I haven't been able to find any, hence my post here. Does
ActiveSync turn off certain print settings or somesuch?
The drivers on the computer are the same (no change), and
I set everything back to default (in case ASync changed
something). Other 98 boxes in house have the same
settings and can print the calendar page no problem...
Any help would be most appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
