Active Sync

Hi

I recently purchased a new T-Mobile MDA-III having previously owned the
MDA-I. I had no problems synchronising the MDA-I with Outlook 2003, however,
I am unable to do the same with the MDA-III. I have downloaded Active Sync
4.5 from the web & am using Windows Mobile 5.0. Active Sync 4.5 is unable to
find the MDA-III but is still able to find the MDA-I. Any ideas how to
rectify this? Somebody suggested cleaning the registry for references to
MDA-I - will this work & how do I do this?

Not too sure if you caught your mis-post, but you might want to post in the
correct newsgroup if not

I assume you're talking about a cellular phone.....but this is not the
newgroup to ask - this group is for Frontpage users and about developing
websites!

Try a group for cell phones matching the brand/model you have.
