Outlook 2003 - in a new message, contact, or event window, or any open email
message window, when mousing over any toolbar button the active window will
move behind the main Outlook application, which is brought to the front ,
even though the original window's taskbar button is still depressed as though
active. You have to click the taskbar button twice, once to minimize the now
hidden window and again to make it the active window. This happens on
various Windows systems running Office XP and the Outlook 2003 mail client.
Any ideas?
