Active X Blocked

Is there a workaround for downloading Templates and graphics from the
Microsoft web site?

Active X is blocked due to security controls in my work place and they will
not allow downloads from microsoft.com.

I am especially interested in the Office 2003 templates for Word, PPT,
Excel, and web graphics. Current solution is to download at home and then
transfer to my office machine.

Any advice?
