Active X control questions

I am having trouble updating Active X controls and having them work for me. I
have tried enabling the controls, Microsoft Office has a new update and it
won't let me finish the update because of the Active X controls. Any ideas?

Is it a problem loading the site? Maybe you can try adding
http://office.microsoft.com to your trusted sites?
