Hi All,

One user is having a problem referred to in kb article 837655 where
you can't get past the EULA.

We've tried the fixes suggested in the article but that doesn't resolve the
problem.
When i am trying to manually registered the dll the PjTextConv11.dll is
failed to registered
User is using Windows XP (SP2)

Owais,

Check for browser add-ons, such as the Google and/or Yahoo toolbars, these
will sometimes cause this problem. Another step that is left out of the KB
is delete any shortcuts or Favorites used by the user to access PWA.

Does anyone who uses this PC have the same issue? If so, that indicates an
issue in either IE or the OS.

Does that user have the same issue on a different PC? If so, that could
indicate a profile issue, if you are using roaming profiles.

Worst case scenario that I have run into is to delete the user's profile on
the PC, this has always resolved this issue for me.

Hope this helps,

Hi,

Thankyou for your reply. There are no add-ons installed on client machine.
No matter whatever profile i use i am getting same error.
Let me further narrow down my problem
When i try to manually registered the controls as local administrator i got
the following error
DllRegisterServer in PJTextConv11.dll failed
Return code was: 0x8002801c

When i use RegMon utility to monitor the registry activities i found the
error in log file access denied. When i try to open this key through RegEdit
i am getting Error while opening key. It is not allowing me to either change
permission, taking ownership or delete key it is saying access denied.
Any suggestions ?

Regards,
Owais
