active x error

When I get an email from just one particular user I receive an active x
error. Where can I go when the email from this person is open to find out
what active x it is looking for and then go to that persons machine and fix
the problem.

so how do i get rid of it if it is in his signature. A graphic has been
added via advanced edit. Would that be the problem? and if so how can it be
fixed.

You don't get rid of it. Just ignore it. After all, you don't want an
unknown script executing unknown actions on your host simply because you
want to read their e-mail. By default, e-mail clients will NOT allow
the execution of scripts within HTML-formatted e-mails.

Until the sender fixes their screw up on their end, you will see the
warning on your end. You could tell them to stop including their
signature when they send you their e-mails. Or ask them to send their
e-mails in plain-text format (since it is likely that anything that
requires HTML formatting is just fluff, anyway).
