When I start Word 2003 on an XP box I get the
message "This application is about to initialize Active X
controls that might be unsafe. If you trust the source of
this tile, select OK and the controls will be initialized
using your current workspace settings." How do I suppress
this message?

This isn't coming from Word, it is more a firewall or AV message warning you
that something is trying to open ActiveX. Try temporarily disabling the AV
and make sure that the Windows XP firewall is off.

: I've had this same problem since Word '03 was first introduced, a problem
not resolved evern with SP1. If you can find a solution then, please, let me
know.
