ActiveApplication_NewProject not visited

Hi !

My problem is as follows:
I have a template file (MS -Project 2000) I'd like my users to use for their
new projects. I've put some functionality into the subroutine
ActiveApplication_NewProject.
The problem is that this sub is not visited when I try to build a new
project based on this template, except for one specific case: if the
template file is already open, and then I create a new project based on it.

Can anyone figure out why would this happen ?

At last I used another proposal, which was to put the code in the
Project_Open subroutine.

There are some registry edits you can make that will
force users' machines to go to a certain location for the
global template file if you are in 2000 or 2002.
