ActiveLock and Access XP Runtime

I've developed an application in Access XP and packaged it using Office XP Developer. The file I am packaging is an mde file with custom menu and tool bars. I've added into the Access application an ActiveLock (nslock15vb6) as a 30-day clock for registration. I'm concerned about basic security for my application

Can anyone tell me whether a copied version of a registered mde could be accessed using Access XP to open? The Package itself applies the 30-day clock as part of the install but I don't want someone who has registered to be able to copy the mde file for use on other machines by simply opening with Access. If there is a problem, can anyone give some guidance on a fix
