Oh, Ivonne...
I'm so sorry that HP didnt provide you any support on
this -- alot of people -- I had this same issue. I sent
my device back, got a Dell Axim, and when I had an issue
they were really helpful.

You might wanna check your Time Zone settings on each
device. For the PC, double-click on the little clock down
in the lower right hand corner of your PC, and the Time &
Date Settings will pop up.

Check the <Time Zone> tab, and make certain that it's
correct. Then, do the same with your HPaq/Ipaq -- they
should have a <Settings> menu and a choice for <Time &
Date> of some sort...

What are the time zone settings for EACH DEVICE (PC &
Ipaq)? Most folks are purchasing the new Dell Axim's, and
the software, etc are so much easier to use than
HP/Compaq's
