Activesinc and Outlook

Everytime I do a sinc, whatever is in Outlook goes to my pocket pc wrong!
Like I set an appointmet in Outlook at 2.30 pm and when it is saved in my
pocket pc (IPAQ 2200) it goes as 3.30 pm.
I called HP and they could not help me. Suggested I use this place for it.
ANY HELP!! will be appreciated.
