I'm still in the world of Windows Mobile 2003. I've upgraded to Office 2007
beta, and now, I can't sync my contacts, calendar, and tasks. It tells me
"Attention
Required," but when I "resolve," I get an error message telling me that I
have to connect using USB/serial...but I'm connected using USB. Thanks for
your help!!

Update to ActiveSync 4.1 and try again.
