ActiveSync and Business Contact Manager

Hi, when I sync my Compaq iPaq and Outlook using ActiveSync, the Business
Contact Manager features disappear. (They usually return when I reopen
Outlook but sometimes I have to reboot, which is annoying.) I am using
ActiveSync 3.8 and Pocket PC 2003. Any chance of a fix for this bug? Thanks,
